1. Acceptance of Terms
- Enrollment implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions, even if not signed.
- Prices are in Swiss Francs per child. Full payment is required for any reservation.
2. Payment Terms
- Reservation : Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form, accompanied by a deposit of CHF 1,000 per reservation. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Flywire (credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers).
- Balance : The balance is due 60 days before the start of the camp or on the specified date if this deadline has passed.
3. Visa Application
- Visa invitations are issued upon request, upon receipt of the full payment of the invoice and a copy of the passport, including the Swiss representation where the invitation will be submitted.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Camp d’été et Camp de ski :
- Cancellation 60 to 45 days before arrival: CHF 1,000 fee.
- Less than 45 days before arrival: Full payment required.
- Camp d’hiver :
- More than 60 days before arrival: CHF 1,000 fee.
- Less than 60 days before arrival: Full payment required.
- Special Cases : Cancellation due to illness, inability to travel, or death, with justification: Amount paid will be transferred to a future camp.
5. Late Arrival, Absence, Early Departure
- No deduction for late arrival, absence during the stay, or early departure.
6. Fees and Damages
- Programs may be modified. Material damages caused by the child are the responsibility of the parents.
7. Jurisdiction
- The legal jurisdiction is Aigle, Switzerland. All legal provisions are governed by Swiss law.
8. Other Provisions
- Appareils électroniques : Mis sous clés à l’arrivée et restitués selon les indications de communication transmises à l’inscription.
- As per the communication conditions informed at booking, all electronic devices (phone, iPad, smartwatch, etc.) are secured upon arrival and returned to the children according to the information communicated during the stay.
- AirTags and tracking devices should remain in the children’s luggage.
- Smartwatches with cameras, phones, and tracking functions, as well as AirTags on children, will also be secured upon arrival and cannot be used during outings, classes, or daily activities (sleep, wake-up, showers, meals, etc.).
- Visits : No parent is allowed to enter the campus without prior authorization and must report to the reception upon arrival. No visits are permitted without prior request..
