Formalities and travel

PréFleuri is 100 km (1h15) from the airport of Geneva. We offer a group transfer service on arrival days between 12:00 and 14:00 and on departure days between 11:00 to 13:00.

It is of course possible to organize individual transfers by taxi (we work with a local taxi company whom we trust absolutely).ance).

Some nationalities need a visa to enter Switzerland. Please contact Valérie Sabatier (valerie.sabatier@prefleuri.ch) who will help you through the formalities and answer all your questions.

Daily life at Le Préfleuri

We offer balanced and varied menus and respect cultural differences.We offer traditional, European, home cooking. During their stay your children will also taste Swiss culinary specialities, such as fondue and raclette.Not to mention our themed buffet feasts that thrill, and educate, the taste buds of our young gourmets…

Bedrooms are attributed by gender, age and nationality. There are 4 to 6 beds in a bedroom. Every evening, before lights out, your child has a quiet time to read or chat with the other children in his room.

The camp team is available every morning from 9:00 to 12:00 to answer all your questions concerning your child.During the first week, you can contact your child directly from 17:00 to 20:00 on Wednesdays for children under 10 years old, and the same times on Thursdays for children over 10 years old. From the second week you can also contact them on Sunday between 17:00 and 20:00.

During the summer camp our team, like the children, is international. The “official” languages at Préfleuri are English and French.

Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 from 5 years old. We offer French, English as foreign language classes as well as tutoring. Classes are selected by ability and age.

Our team lives in the chalet with the children. The children are always supervised, all day and night long. Each child knows where to find the person specially delegated to look after him – or her.

A resident, qualified paramedic is responsible for administering ongoing treatments, taking temperatures, contact with the local doctors. In the resort there are three general practitioners. In the event of a major incident, your child is transferred to the emergency service of the paediatric hospital in Aigle (10kms). In such cases we are immediately and constantly in contact with the parents.
